Founder of The Agenda Agency, Heidi is a specialist in corporate transformation and gender strategy. Her experience spans the corporate, academic, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Heidi’s most recent roles have included Group Manager, Transformation, Strategy and Renewal at Coates Hire; Executive Manager Education and Innovation at the Workplace Gender Equality Agency; Director of the Office of the CEO, KPMG, and various client-facing roles in risk management, audit and sustainability services.

Heidi was a lecturer at the UTS Business School, and has worked for the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.

While at the Workplace Gender Equality Agency, Heidi was responsible the national education program and campaign to address gender pay equity. She also established the education program on reporting and compliance with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. She developed the WGEA gender equality strategy methodology, the new learning management system and e-learning program, and managed strategic partnerships, including Stockland, UTS, AICD, AIM, ARHI, Mercer, KPMG and DDB. Her extensive public advocacy has seen her participate in high-profile events, including TEDx, COTA event at NSW parliament house, Mercer forums, AHRI, and others.

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Business with Honours and a PhD in management accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney.
