Dexterous Group is an innovative accounting and professional services firm working with clients to challenge the status quo of how accounting is done. This engagement is working directly with the owners and leaders of the building on the development of their three-year strategy (through a collaborative process), and the ongoing tracking of the business strategy through regular PMO sessions. In addition, we work with Dexterous Group on various strategic projects including leadership development, product innovation, customer journey and sales and marketing strategies. (2017, 2018, 2019)

UTS Business School,
Teaching and Learning Strategy

We worked with the UTS Business School to develop the new teaching and learning strategy, through a consultative process. This project involved consultation with a range of key stakeholders, strategy development workshops, desktop review of the external environment, key trends and internal strategies, and the development of the strategy framework. The strategy set out a clear direction for Teaching and Learning, aligned with the broader university, strategic themes and a range of projects and initiatives for implementation. A key goal was to gain maximum buy-in to the strategy through a collaborative and consultative process (2019).

Leading Edge Energy are specialists in commercial energy management solutions. This engagement was working in partnership with the owners of the business to plan and facilitate their day strategy focus on the grow aspirations of the business and strategies to support growth. A summary of the strategy day was provided to Leading Edge Energy. (2018)

UTS Business School
External Engagement Strategy

The UTS Business School has a leading reputation as an industry connected university. To build on the already strong platform, this project will work with the UTS Business School to develop a new external engagement strategy. The goal is to develop an aligned external engagement strategy that continued to drive the position of the UTS Business School as a world class and leading business school with significant and meaningful impact by further strengthening connections between industry, research, and teaching & learning (2017, 2018).

Preston Hire
Sales and customer strategy

Preston Hire is a leading specialist equipment hire company. This project involved working collaboratively with the Preston Hire management team to develop a customer centre and outbound marketing campaigns. The project focused on the design and development of the customer centre strategy, customer services standards, process engineering, resourcing plan and development of campaigns and offers. (2018)

Coates Hire
Project Direction, Leadership Conference

Working collaboratively with the leadership team on the development and execution of a large scale leadership and strategy conference for the Coates Hire Leadership team (2017 and 2018).

Department of employment, Evidence, Research and Evaluation Branch
Strategy Day

Design and facilitation of the Branch strategy and planning day with full team. Development of strategy day theme, agenda, workshop materials. Preparation also includes review of key materials and interviews with a selection of team members. Following the strategy day, a detailed summary report with strategy recommendation was provided. 

Department of employment, Employment Fund Team
Planning day

Design and facilitation of Employment Fund Team planning day. This included advanced team interviews, research of external trends and impacts, development of workshop materials and agenda. Following the planning day, a full summary of the session with the forward year plan outlined. This included the full year milestones and actions by month, indicating prioritisation and sequencing.

Content Marketing Strategy

Get Credit Score is an innovative fin-tech company providing free credit scores across Australia. The project involved customer segmentation and profiling, workshop facilitation, and the development of a content marketing roadmap, with high level project plan.

Three year business strategy

Working closely with the business leadership, the project involved an in-depth strategy diagnostic review and strategy development phase. The project involved a number of strategy workshops with the leadership and team members (2016, 2017).
